Yes you may. The search menu on the left side contains a "Sort hotels by" box where you can choose this option and other options as well.

How do I search for hotels with specific equipments or facilities?

Where can I find the address and other contact details of the hotel?

You can find the address of the hotel on the hotel page. The other contact details will be given in your confirmation email.

Room Types

What's the difference between double and twin room?
The difference is that the double room has one double bed and the twin room has two single beds.

Can we get extra beds for our children in our room?

myMultihotel does not charge you a reservation fee. It is a free service.

Credit Cards and Payments

Why does myMultihotel need my credit card details?
Your credit card details are only required as a guarantee for the hotel in case you don't arrive or cancel too late. This might result in a charge, by the hotel, of the equivalent to one night stay. myMultihotel will never charge your credit card. You will pay for your stay at the hotel.

What if the hotel asks for a deposit or a payment in advance?

Generally this situation does not happen. However, if the hotel asks for a deposit in advance, it will be clearly mentioned on the page of the hotel and always with your authorization.

What types of credit card can I use to guarantee the reservation?

Visa, American Express and MasterCard generally are accepted as a guarantee. However, it is possible that the hotel accepts other types of payment. Please check the hotel page.

Can I pay for my stay in advance?

It depends on each hotel's policy. Therefore, you will need to contact the hotel directly. The hotel's contact details can be found in the confirmation e-mail of your reservation.

Can I pay for my stay at the hotel with a different credit card than the one used to make the reservation?

As the credit card details are only needed to guarantee the reservation, you can pay at the hotel using the method of payment of your choice that is accepted by the hotel.

My credit card has been charged. How can I get a refund?

myMultihotel never charges credit cards. If the charge has been performed by the hotel, you will need to contact the hotel directly. The hotel's contact details can be found in your confirmation e-mail. The hotel’s contact details can be found in your confirmation e-mail.

I do not have a credit card. Can I still reserve a room?

Unfortunately all hotels require a credit card to guarantee a reservation. It is not possible to make a reservation without a credit card.

How safe it is to fill in my credit card number in myMultihotel website?

Your credit card information is sent to us through a secure server (you can check that in your browser address bar. You will see the page starting with https:// instead of http:// . The extra “S” tells you that you are working under a secure page). We use the latest, most secure technology available, the "Secure Socket Layer" (SSL). We also use a firewall which protects our servers and network against unauthorized access.

How do I know that my reservation is confirmed?
I have reserved a hotel but I did not receive the confirmation email. What can I do?

How may I cancel or change my booking?
You can cancel or modify your reservation by clicking on the link at the bottom of your confirmation email. You can also click on "My Reservation" on the myMultihotel website.

myMultihotel does not charge any cancellation fee.
