How can I add my hotel unit to the myMultihotel system?
Fill in the contract available clicking in “Join now” link on the left side menu. When you finish filling in the contract, just click on “submit”. Your hotel will be evaluated and, after this, you will be contacted by the contracts department of MultihotelBooking in order to finish the process.

Are there any charges to register my hotel unit?

How can our hotel update availabilities, rates and other information?

You can do everything related to your hotel unit, online, in your BackOffice area. You will just need to use the username and password we will send you.

How do we receive a confirmation reservation?

You will receive the confirmation by fax and e-mail. (After a booking is made online).

Where and when will the client pay the hotel invoice?

The guest will pay directly at the hotel upon arrival or departure. The guest will pay the rate that is published on the myMultihotel website, and confirmed by fax and e-mail to the hotel.

What is the procedure with cancellations and “no-shows”?

The client may cancel at the hotel or with myMultihotel. The cancellation policy of the hotel will apply and has to be clearly stated on the myMultihotel website. If a guest cancels the reservation out of the cancellation period stated on the website or, in the case of a “no-show”, the hotel may charge on the clients credit card a penalty fee (usually of one night). myMultihotel will charge commission on late cancellations and “no-shows”.

How do we pay myMultihotel?

In the end of each month you will receive an outline with all the reservations of the past month. Within one week you may indicate if any cancellations where made directly to the hotel. Once we receive the outline back, you will get an invoice for the myMultihotel commission for that month. What can we do to receive more business through myMultihotel?

To receive more business, it is important to offer competitive rates, special offers and enough availability. You will also need to update the system regularly to see if the rates are correct and also check your statistics.

What is the program "best deal hotels" in myMultihotel?

The "Best deal hotels" program gives a great visibility to the hotels that participate in it. Hotels participating in this program must have the lowest rates, a minimum allotment of 6 rooms and a higher commission.
